1st Annual Lucky Orphans Trail Ride at Wethersfield

Join us in a pleasure trail ride through approximately 8 miles of gorgeous trails at Wethersfield. English and Western riders welcome. This event is being held as a fundraiser to help Lucky Orphans Horse Rescue continue their work of "People Helping Horses Heal People", 100% of the proceeds will go directly to the rescue to help care for the sanctuary horses in their care.
First team will be sent out at 8 am, and the last team will be sent out at 12 pm. Teams can be of mixed disciplines and ages, but must be no more than 4 (four) riders per team. You will be notified prior to the event date with your team start time.
Helmets are MANDATORY while mounted during this event, and there will be NO EXCEPTIONS.
You MUST provide proof of rabies vaccination and negative coggins valid within 1 (one) year on the day of the event.
No riders under 8 years of age.
Bring water for your horse(s) as water is not available nearby the trailer parking.

Youth(under 18) $50.00
Adult $50.00
Late registrants will be accepted up till September 5th, 5pm for and additional fee of $10.00.
All entries, acknowledgement of risk forms, photo releases should be completed online by clicking the "Register and Pay" button to the left.
You are also required to digitally sign and return the Wethersfeild Online Equestrian Waiver.

Refund Policy: A full refund will be made when the request is made in writing (or email) by August 30th. A 50% refund will be made if a request is made in writing (or email) by September 5th. We regret that we can not provide refunds after the closing date. Refunds of entry fees will not be given in the event all or part of the rides are cancelled due to accident, or other emergency.
Rain date will be offered in the event that a storm prevents the trail ride from proceeding.
Once your inherent risk form and payment is received vis Strider, a Lucky Orphans Horse Rescue staff member will contact you to confirm your registration. At this time please be prepared to provide your team members information, as well as your equine partner's information. Ride times will be emailed to all teams once registration has closed.
Due to COVID-19- Food will NOT be provided at this event due to logistics. Please be prepared with food and beverages for yourself and your team.
